estimate and contract
Based on our conversation, a custom price quote will be developed for you to approve along with payment schedule and contract. A non-refundable retainer is due at this time.
We will schedule a meeting via your preferred method, by phone, FaceTime, or email. Together we create a mood board where any inspirations can be added. From our conversations and the information gathered I will create a sketch that provides a reference of the layout of calligraphy and artwork. It will also include details that will be incorporated into your event stationery such as color palette, paper type, and printing method.
creating + proofing
The fun begins! Based on our sketch and mood board, I start designing and sending proofs with revisions as needed. There are no limit to proofs but keep in mind, additional proofs add 1-2 weeks to the timeline depending on the details being revised.
final proof approval
Your signature will be required on the production agreement verifying that spelling, ink color, paper descriptions, etc. are correct. Once signed and approved, the final files are sent to print!
Last assembly occurs when we receive, package, and weigh your event stationery. At this time your final payment including shipping cost is due.
To assist in the planning for wedding events, I've provided a general timeline below. At the very minimum, allow 6-10 weeks to
complete the production from start to finish depending on communication and availability. The more items and details, the more time needed.
